We are delighted to announce that we will be supporting Brightest Star as our charity partner for the 2017/18 season.

 Brightest Star is the charity founded in memory of Jack Kennedy and provides support to parents and families who are coping with the loss of a child.


2017 – SFAR Glasgow Charity Awards Dinner

Saturday the 18th November 2017 Hampden Park, Glasgow

19:00 Kick Off

 

This years Awards dinner will be a charity event where we hope to raise money for our chosen charity for the season, Brightest Star, as well as the presentation of the following awards:

  • Willie Davidson Award (Best Referee in Minor Grades),
  • Tom Wharton Bursary Award (Award presented to potential Cat 1 to allow them to travel to the Dallas Cup)
  • Charles Faultless Award (Referee Appointed to the highest National Cup Final)

The Guest Speakers: 

The guest speakers for the night are Peter Brown and Alan Rough.

Tickets:

Tickets are priced at £40 for ‘listed referees’, £35 for all other categories and £30 for guests.

Sponsorship: 

We are also looking for sponsorship of the tables at the event at a cost of £100 per table, If your company or a company you know would like to sponsor a table or donate prizes for the raffle then please contact Gary Gentles by email garygentles@nullcentralhalls.org

Other social events include the annual golf outing, organised by Robert Cruickshank and an annual charity cycle.
